Policy
We hope that your ornaments
arrive safely and are just the way you expected them to be, but if there
is any problem we want to be the first to know.
If anything
in your package is broken please call us immediately, not UPS. We will
replace the broken ornament and notify UPS. Since UPS may want to check
our packing job, please keep the broken ornament and the outer package
for 5 to 7 business days. UPS will call you if they want to inspect the
damage. If they have not called in a few days just throw it all away.
If the ornament
is not what you ordered or not in the condition you expected please call
us and we will send a call tag for it and there will be no charge to you.
UPS will pick up the ornament within a few days of the time we issue the
call tag.
If you have
changed your mind and no longer want the ornament you may certainly return
it, at your expense within 10 days of receipt, for a refund. Just carefully
pack it, insure it for the value of the ornament and it to:

The credit
card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount originally
charged for the returned item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for
the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not
refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.
